Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SUPA! platform at flysupa.com (the "Service"), operated by Supaneon Ltd, trading as SUPA! ("Supaneon", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
SUPA! is an assisted Event management and operations platform for the Events industry, aimed at business customers. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the Service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. Access to the Service is currently offered on an invitation basis, and we may grant, decline, suspend, or withdraw access at our discretion. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@flysupa.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
3. Connected services
The Service lets you connect third-party accounts, such as Google and Microsoft, to enable features such as displaying your email and calendar and generating AI-assisted draft replies. When you connect a service, you authorise us to access the relevant data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect at any time. Your use of those third-party services remains subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
4. AI-assisted features
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate draft content, including draft email replies, for your review. To do this, relevant content may be processed by a third-party AI service provider; your data is not used to train or improve AI models. Because of the nature of artificial intelligence, AI-generated output may contain inaccuracies, errors, omissions, or content that is incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and approving any AI-generated content before relying on it or sending it. SUPA! does not send email on your behalf; you send any reply manually. We are not liable for any action you take based on AI-generated output.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, or connect to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use Your Content and that it does not infringe the rights of others or violate any law. If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or obligation to you.
6. Aggregated and de-identified data
We may generate and use aggregated and de-identified data derived from use of the Service (data that does not identify you, any individual, or any connected-account content) to operate, analyse, secure, and improve the Service. This does not include using your data, or any data from your connected services such as Google or Microsoft, to train or improve AI models, which we do not do, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' data; interfere with or disrupt the Service; reverse engineer or copy the Service except as permitted by law; or use the Service to send spam or to infringe the rights of others.
8. Fees
Some features of the Service may be offered on a paid basis. Where fees apply, they will be described to you before you incur them. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you notice of material changes.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or other users. On termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that AI-generated output will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supaneon will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Supaneon harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
